As per Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item/s has a major problem.
If you receive your order damaged or are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us with 72 hours of receiving your item together with the reason/issue and we will happily discuss your options for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once the goods are returned, and have been inspected you will receive an exchange/store credit. All exchanges incur additional shipping charges.
In the event goods need to be returned to Dreamy Designs by Trudy please contact us at email@example.com, shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from the business if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts, but please discuss return cost options with Dreamy Designs by Trudy before returning.
Dreamy Designs by Trudy takes no responsibility for any damage or loss when in transit if the customer sends a product back for return or exchange. Please ensure the goods have been properly packaged with sufficient protection for safe return through transit.
If the returned products are found to not have a problem, you may be required to pay the transportation or inspection costs.
